Farewell to VH-EWP the last Fokker F27 on the Australian Register.
In March 2011 the Fokker F27 Laser Airborne Depth Sounder was retired and sold for parts. It is sad to see this last remaining, flying F27 on the Australian Registry now fade from our skies. After a long and distinguished service with the Royal Australian Navy LADS Unit and it's last few years with Fugro the last Aussie Fokker is gone. See more on www.5dme.net/video.html -
